DELIVERY SERVICES
STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICES
- All orders are processed on the same day until 16:00.
- Orders are sent daily, except on Sundays and holidays, at the address you have indicated.
- The delivery time is 1-2 days (inaccessible areas 2-3 days).
- Cash on delivery fee (CoD charge): 2,95€
Options for sending by courier:
- You will be prompted to choose whether you would like to receive the parcel on the address you provided or pick it up from your nearest courier office. In both cases will be informed prior to delivery via SMS by the courier.
- Delivery on Saturday: You should mention in the comments section of the checkout “I would like to receive the order on Saturday”. Extra charge 2 €.
- Gift packaging. If you want your products to be wrapped in gift packaging you should mention in the comments section of the checkout. There is no extra charge.
Courier Fee:
- Free within Greece: Free regardless of the amount
- Fee for Cyprus: 20 € (free with purchases over € 100)

Only within the prefecture of Thessaloniki
Eros Megastores offers same day delivery for those who wish to receive their order the same day! All you have to do is to mention it in the comments section of the checkout. Delivery should be within the limits of the prefecture of Thessaloniki and the order has to be placed until 13:00.
